What We Offer
Spider veins and broken capillaries on the legs and face are incredibly common — and incredibly treatable. At Vita Med Spa, our vein treatment program offers Sclerotherapy and VeinWave technology to safely and effectively eliminate unwanted veins with minimal discomfort and no downtime.
-
The gold standard for treating spider veins and small varicose veins on the legs. A sclerosing solution is injected directly into the targeted vessel, causing it to collapse and fade over the following weeks. Comfortable, in-office, no anesthesia or downtime. Typically requires a series of sessions for complete clearance.
-
Uses thermocoagulation technology — a micro-current of radiofrequency energy via an ultra-fine needle — to instantly close and eliminate fine facial capillaries and spider veins. Precise, gentle, and ideal for the delicate vessels on the face, nose, and cheeks that are too small for sclerotherapy.
-
Comprehensive protocols tailored to the size, location, and extent of your concerns — combining Sclerotherapy and VeinWave as appropriate to achieve the clearest, most complete results.

This is for anyone bothered by visible spider veins or broken capillaries on the face or legs — a common, purely cosmetic concern for many adults. It's designed to treat small, superficial veins; larger varicose veins or veins with underlying circulatory concerns should be evaluated separately by your provider.
Sclerotherapy is for people who want to reduce the appearance of spider veins or small varicose veins, most commonly on the legs. It may be a good fit if you have visible red, blue, or purple veins and want a minimally invasive treatment with little interruption to your routine.
-
No significant downtime. VeinWave requires none — you can resume normal activities immediately. Sclerotherapy may cause mild bruising or swelling at injection sites for a few days, and your provider may recommend compression stockings for leg treatments.
You may be asked to wear compression stockings and avoid strenuous exercise, heat, and direct sun exposure for a short period after your appointment.
-
Sclerotherapy typically requires a series of sessions (often 2–6) spaced several weeks apart, depending on the number and size of veins treated. VeinWave for facial capillaries usually takes 1–3 sessions. Your provider will map out a plan based on your specific veins.
Many clients need a series of treatments depending on the number, size, and location of the veins being treated. Smaller spider veins may respond in a few sessions, while larger or more stubborn veins may need additional visits.
-
VeinWave often shows visible fading within days to a few weeks. With sclerotherapy, treated veins fade gradually over several weeks to a few months as the body reabsorbs them — results build with each session.
