How is a Roslyn Laser
Liposuction treatment performed?
Prior to your Roslyn Laser Liposuction
treatment, you will have a consultation
with one of Vita Medical Spa’s highly-trained
physicians, who will determine whether you
are a good candidate for the procedure based
on your current health conditions and medical
history. If you are a good candidate, your
physician will explained the results you
can expect after undergoing the Long Island
Laser Liposuction procedure. On the day
of your Roslyn Laser Liposuction procedure,
your physician will mark the area of incision.
A local anesthetic will then be applied
to the incision area. Afterwards, your physician
will make the necessary incisions and insert
a small tube called a “cannula” through
the areas of incision. The cannula will
fire the Roslyn Laser Liposuction laser
at the targeted area to melt the fat away.
The melted fat will be eliminated through
a suction device or through your body’s
natural elimination systems.
Who is a good candidate
for Roslyn Laser Liposuction?
Good candidates for Roslyn Laser Liposuction
include men and women who are reasonably
healthy and have localized areas of fat
that have not responded to diet and exercise.
Vita MedSpa’s physicians encourage their
patients to have realistic expectations
and to carefully follow pre- and post-operative
instructions for optimal results. You should
be aware, however, that Roslyn Laser Liposuction
is not intended to cure obesity, and is
normally only recommended for people of
average weight.
What may be expected during recovery from the Roslyn
Laser Liposuction Treatment?
Many patients experience bruising, swelling
and a slight discomfort after the Roslyn
Laser Liposuction treatment. Some patients
may need to wear a compression dressing
for a few days after the Roslyn Laser Liposuction
treatment to reduce potential side effects.

invasive, patients are usually able to return
to work the day after the procedure. At

that patients refrain from strenuous activity
for one week to two weeks after undergoing

or skin pigmentation. For these reasons,

instructions carefully to greatly reduce
such risks
